Blackpool is not short of places to buy a dress. It is short of places that will promise you nobody else at your prom is wearing it.
The promise is the point
Blackpool year groups are large. That is lovely for the party and hazardous for the photographs. The bigger the prom, the higher the odds that a dress on a popular website turns up twice in the same room.
Our answer is a register we keep by hand. Choose a gown and we write it against your school and your prom year, in every colour it comes in. It leaves the rail for your year group from that moment. Not "unlikely" — impossible.
That only works because we are one boutique with one rail, which is also why we are appointment-only. We need to know who you are and which prom you are going to.
Straight up the coast
The tramway runs from Starr Gate at the south end all the way to Fleetwood Ferry, and Cleveleys is on it — one ride, no changes, whichever part of Blackpool you are starting from. By car, the coast road up through Bispham gets you here in about fifteen minutes from the town centre.

Not a shop floor
What is different from a high-street dress shop is mostly the experience. No queue for a cubicle, no being handed a size and pointed at a curtain, no one else's mum three feet away. The room is yours, the rail is pulled before you arrive, and nobody is trying to move you along.
That approach is inherited rather than invented. We are the prom side of Bridal by Brittany Ann, an established Lancashire bridal house, and it is run by the same people in the same building.
If your prom is at one of the big venues
Blackpool proms are often held somewhere with a proper staircase and a photographer at the bottom of it. Worth bearing in mind when you choose: how a gown moves on stairs, and whether the fabric holds up under a flash, are things we can actually test with you in the fitting room.

How do I get to Cleveleys from Blackpool?
The tram is simplest — it runs from Starr Gate to Fleetwood Ferry and stops at Cleveleys, no changes needed. From the stop it is a short walk along Victoria Road West to us, upstairs from Bridal by Brittany Ann. Driving up the coast road takes about fifteen minutes from the town centre.
My year group is huge. Can you really guarantee nobody else has my dress?
Yes, and the size of your year group is exactly why it matters. Your gown is written against your school and prom year in every colour it comes in, and it leaves the rail for that year group immediately. It is a hand-kept register, not an algorithm.
Why come up to Cleveleys rather than shop in Blackpool?
For the register, and for the room. Nothing on the high street can tell you whether someone else from your prom has already bought the same dress, and a private appointment is a very different afternoon from a busy shop floor.
